Christina Lindley is the Founder & CEO / Principal Strategist of VPRG Consulting, where she advises companies on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, AI-enabled business development, market expansion, audience monetization, and scalable partnership models.

Her 20+ year career spans EdTech, FinTech, loyalty and rewards, consumer brands, nonprofits, gaming, AI, emerging platforms, data products, sponsorships, and performance-driven partnerships. Before founding VPRG, Christina built her commercial instincts in high-stakes, high-visibility environments as a professional poker player, SAG-AFTRA actress, and national media spokesperson, earning more than $2 million in poker tournaments and learning how to convert attention, relationships, and positioning into measurable business value.

She previously served as VP of Revenue & Partnerships at Bold.org and Vice President of Business Development at College Loan Corporation, where she led national business development initiatives and built and owned data product lines reaching 23 million users, including AI training data initiatives.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies, Communication & Writing from Middle Tennessee State University, is an MBA candidate at the Gies College of Business, and serves as President of the Board of Directors for Jazz Empowers.

Her work is defined by a category-of-one ability to see revenue pathways others miss and turn relationships, audiences, data, and emerging technologies into durable growth engines.

Lolo Siderman serves as Legal Advisor to VPRG Consulting, advising on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property protection, and legal frameworks that support sustainable revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships.

An attorney, entrepreneur, and business operator, Lolo earned her J.D. from Pepperdine Law, where she received a Full Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business.

She is Managing Attorney and Owner of Siderman Law, previously served as CFO and business administration lead for a multi-state law firm, and founded Gypsywing Media, a full-service creative agency she led for nearly two decades.

Robyn Rohde
Advisor, Strategic Partnerships & Organizational Transformation

Robyn Rohde serves as Advisor, Strategic Partnerships & Organizational Transformation to VPRG Consulting, advising on partnership strategy, leadership alignment, organizational design, cross-sector collaboration, behavioral change, and the systems clients need to scale effectively.

Her work focuses on helping organizations turn strategy, technology adoption, and operational change into execution by aligning leadership teams, clarifying decision structures, and strengthening operating models.

Robyn holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNLV, an M.A. from Montana State University, and a B.A. from Black Hills State University. She is a tenured college professor, founder of multiple consulting and behavioral performance ventures, and a board director with experience across public sector, nonprofit, and growth-stage environments.

Christopher Hodge
Advisor, Data Analytics, Tech, and Performance

Christopher Hodge serves as Senior Data Analytics Advisor to VPRG Consulting, advising on data analytics, revenue intelligence, database strategy, technical infrastructure, and performance systems that support smarter growth decisions.

His work focuses on helping organizations translate data into actionable insights by strengthening data architecture, optimizing performance systems, and enabling more informed, scalable decision-making.

Christopher holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Queen’s University. His background includes more than a decade with College Loan Corporation, including nearly ten years as Director of Data, along with senior roles across financial services and technology organizations including JP Morgan Chase, Bank One, COMSYS, TUSC, 511 Technology, and CSC Consulting.
